By the way, about handball. During the winter vacation, I couldn't join practice. Because I was in Nagoya, Aichi for homecoming.
Recently I can't understand my teammates mind. At the meeting, every player said "I want to win!" But a few days ago, one of my teammates said to me that "I want to enjoy playing handball best." I couldn't believe my ears. In my mind "What?", "Why didn't you say so?"many thought came up and fade out. I was very confused by her words. Immediately we held a meeting. And we talked about 1,5hour. Finally we reconciled. But I was still confused.
I lost vector about handball.I don't know what to do from now on. I wanted to quit the position of my team captain.
So I said last captain. She said "I don' wanna force and let you have your own way. "
I still worrying and thinking. Some of my teammates said "I don't want to quit captain!" but some of my school friends said "Why only you ache?"
I worry more.

I think that wanting to enjoy playing handball is a real intention in everyone.
If everyone wins, it might be glad.
It sounds really tough. Two guys have different opinions from different sides.
I think it's true that the first thing you'd better to do is to enjoy handball. However, you should not be satisfied only with enjoying handball and you have to find out the way to make your team better with your team mates. That is what you call "team".
Sometimes people admit defeat in funny ways. It seems that your team mate is doing that with her comment. She seems to think that winning is out of reach, so why put that kind of effort into trying? Why not just enjoy? That way, nobody loses. From that mind, it seems reasonable.
