Yesterday, I talked about my feelings to former captain. My feelings got better. I saw that team captain is very hard but can't get anything...perhaps I can get something good at last. Captain is a very difficult position. It's hard, difficult, chore,worry...etc. Former captain said these things. I could understood them well. Captain can't ask. Captain making a effort in the background. When I was a high school student, I was captain, too. Then I did my best, other teammates tried to do their best. But now, if I try my best other teammates don't follow me. That is to say I have to change how to make other teammate's drive raise.
The work of captain is very wide. I always think about how to get better our team.
It's quite hard and heavy for me. But now is a my stand firm time I think.
It's restart to change the way of captain.
We decided that entry the league match in spring. So we got a new aim. After examination we have to practice seriously.

it seems that you got a new goal where you are going to. I can understand that a captain can't ask something so easily but you will face the situation that you need help.
When I was a high school student, I belonged to the brass band and was elected to the vice-captain. My work as a vice-captain was a less brighter job than a captain's job but, I supported our captain to decide our monthly schedule or practice menues. And she sometimes asked me to give advice to her.
I also asked my band mates for advice many times when I was at a loss. So, I don't think that a captain or people who lead others can't ask questions. Moreover, to ask question is one of good ways to communicate with your team mates, isn't it?
I hope you will make a good relationship with your team mates.
